Cooperative and efficient staff, and fabulous food!!!

Everything was excellent with well-kept and well-appointed rooms. Absolutely perfect location as only 5 minutes to Memorial Park. Walking distance to lovely shops and supermarkets across the street...

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying the local area, right by the Mooloolaba beach, shops, and restaurants. the good position was an added bonus, and we found Big Tuna Fish Co nearby for short-orders.

i had an excellent experience here, everything was great, the location was magnificent so close to mooloolaba, plenty of lovely shops and the main beach area. booked a premium apartment with a storage and a lounge. the views to the ocean and mountains were wonderful, liked it.

The room I got was spotless and huge, with a private bathroom and kitchen. It had a very central location, making it an easy walk to the main promenade. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time here and would have extended our stay. Our 3 nights were lovely, making it ideal for our purposes. the location was stunning, conveniently close to the Entrance Town Centre.

The staff were excellent, cooperative, and efficient. I loved the food; it was great. the property's location was stunning and amazing, central to everything and easy to find. Plus, it was conveniently close to shops, the beach, and fantastic dining options.

Stayed at Fantastic Family Apartments, and it was fantastic! The location was perfect, with the beach, supermarket, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. The apartments were fully self-contained with cooking and laundry facilities, making it convenient for our family. The staff, especially Rob and Rhea, were helpful and made sure our stay was excellent. We loved our time there and would definitely go back. The value for money was great, with spacious accommodations and amenities like underground parking, pool, and spa. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful family vacation.

I recently stayed at a luxurious and incredibly comfortable 4-star hotel in this beautiful location. The hotel is perfectly situated, just a street back from the beach and right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to have everything I needed within walking distance.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

In Paradise, we loved how close the hotel was to a lot of restaurants and the landmark where we stayed last year. It was just a short walk away from the beach and shops. The hotel facilities were great with spacious and new apartments that had balconies at each end. We were impressed with the cleanliness and how well-stocked the kitchen was. the car park was secure and had plenty of spaces available for us.

Nothing to dislike.

the location was perfect, close to supermarkets and eateries, but far enough away from the main street to not be noisy. We also enjoyed the large balcony with great views of the area.

The customer service was not the best. We had issues with check-in and check-out, and reception staff didn't seem to care about our concerns.

Great ocean views from our spacious apartment made it hard to leave the balcony. The location couldn't have been any better- close to the beach, eateries, and grocery shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay, and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The pool heating didn't work, so we couldn't enjoy it as much as we wanted. The carpet and furnishing were a bit stained, which gave the place an unclean feeling.

This hotel is in a great location, close to everything. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from for meals. the rooms are spacious and clean with quality furnishings, and the staff are very welcoming. the pool area is welcoming, clean and great for cooling down at any time of day.

The air conditioning system is preset to a particular temperature and cannot be adjusted in individual rooms, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the apartment.
